Wonderful and clean place with a gorgeous view of the lake. Immaculate double room with soft beds. Very central location, just a short stroll away from Park Mgm Las Vegas. A wide array of food options at a walking distance from the venue. Exceptional service in general.

The maid forgot to replenish the supply of Nesspresso capsules but I'm sure a call to housekeeping would have sorted that out in an instant.

The restaurant here serves delicious food, and the staff is friendly, with a great location close to Piazza del Duomo.

The hotel is very nicely designed, the staff are very freindly especially the bar/lounge staff. the location is perfect as its away from te noise at teh same time very close by on the lake

The breakfast here was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the location is very central, making it perfect for being between the airport and the city center.

We had booked 2 rooms, we requested for an early checkin and the hotel staff went out of their way and got us one room ready by 11 15 am, which was very nice, we had dinner at lebanese restaurant, very good food, ambience, and very courteous staff.
